My sister has the worst luck with new cars I have ever seen. 1st new car at 22 she was about to leave the dealership when she was hit by a drunk driver in the parking lot, Car totaled. 2nd new car, She picked it up from the dealer and drove to work and parked and as she is walking away truck blows a tire and hit the big sign out front and the big sign falls and totals her new car. 3rd new car she came to the field ware me and dad were baling hay to show off the new car. As she walked to us a tire from an air plane that fell off hits and totals her new car. The insurance Co. loved that one. #4 new car ,She test drove it and it developed a miss so they took it right in to fix while she signed the papers, As she finishes she herd a fire truck pulling in. Her new car caught fire while being worked on as she was signing the papers and is totaled. NEW CAR #5 She comes to the farm and asks me to take a ride, Theses not a snow balls chance in ---- of me riding in that car! WHY? Why do you think? She leaves mad at me,20 min later my phone rings and its her Can you come get me? Why? MY CAR! OK ware are you? I leave and find her standing behind her mashed up car. A truck came around the corner in town and a pallet of cement fell off the trailer and totaled her new car. She has the worst luck with new cars. She was never hurt in any way from all of this.
She asked me if she could borrow my car for a bit till she got things straitened out. Sure its an old beater anyway what could it hurt. Well 9 months later she brought the car back and thanked me for letting her use it, She bought a new used car and ended her bad streak on cars being totaled.
And for me I bought 1 new truck in my life and drove it 16 years and over 300.000 miles without a scratch. Bandit
