only ones around here that have the r/w are the beachcombers in route to their destination before it dries up,not even the law bothers them, besides their ridiculous driving behavior I've seen them block one lane of a four lane highway for or 3 miles for the better part of a day rather than using other routes available not a law man to be found to handle the problem, what the man said reminded me of when were moving the neighbors combine to the next field with a total of a 3/4 of a mile from getting on the road to the intersecting road,son was driving the combine with a 6 row 36" head and I was following about 4 car lengths behind with a loaded 10 wheeler grain truck with lights flashing on both,as we got near the turn off I noticed a black Mercedes coming up behind us so I gave a right signal and moved toward the center line slowly closing the gap between me and the combine as he slowed to turn right in case the rear of the combine got close to the center line while turning,next thing I know here comes that Mercedes around me facing on coming traffic and darted between me and the combine bearly avoiding it and acted as if we were in the wrong as he spead on his way down the road
