I will second your post. Crazy as it sounds during the winter I use a special fuel for my snow blower AKA a Gravley commercial 10 horse with a dog eater snow blower. It is not happy starting in really cold weather. I went over to the local air port and bought 5 gallons of AV gas. Yes folks that is 104 octane of super power and perfect starting. All of my other equipment gets only hi-test gas with a shot of Star-tron in it. Any fuel with ethanol is broken down by the enzymes in Star- tron. Been three years now without a single problem .
