Joe is right: easier to change out the back half of the tractor. The back half from any 3 cylinder 2000, 3000, 2600, 3600 would be a direct swap if you get the pump and lines. Also, if you go that route, make sure you get the clutch and flywheel that came with the tranny. Ford was goofy about having a bunch of different clutch/flywheel setups.
