I think you could use the regular M 3pt kit from saginaw county tractor. The 3pt arms should lower far enough to run most implements. If not, you could have your local machine/welding shop lenghtenthe 3pt arms(maybe 10 inches or so) for you. We had out local wleding shop make a drawbar out of a receiver hitch which hooks up like a 3pt implement. It works really slick for hooking up trailers. You have a very rare tractor, that MV, I just saw one that was unrestored and the motor stuck, which sold for $2,000. The regular M's are a dime a dozen. You can find those in running conditon for $1,000 running and $1800 painted up nice with all the goodies (powersteering, 3 pt etc). Please don't convert that MV to a plain M, it would be a crime!
