Tractor would appear to be a descendant of the UK Bradford built B275 or B414 design and since it is painted yellow probably an industrial model like the 2444 with an external front hydraulic pump mounted on the front with a drive shaft off the front of the crank shaft and that container as Bruce indicated is an auxiliary hydraulic oil reservoir.
