Not really nose down, the shorter spindles along with the smaller rear tire lowers the entire profile of the tractor, this along with the rounded shell fenders and horizontal exhaust makes it easier to maneuver under low limbs in a orchard.
The ROPS looks period correct but the thread plate aluminum canopy is aftermarket and was probably added later, orchard models don't normally have ROPS or loaders, these could have been added later or a farmer may have wanted a 4610 that didn't set as high as the standard AP model, the orchard model would have filled his needs.
