Well yes and no.....yes on the diameter but no on the width. I had 9,00x15s on a 4010 with a Koyker after market, may have been a 7' bucket and they were too narrow to hold up the loaded bucket in softer soils. 11.00s would have worked a lot better. Raising the front also helps you to sit back easier against your back rest for a more comfortable ride...opinion.
