What about the single rib front tires...like you'd find on an N series Ford....look to be a lot thinner than a 9-11" normal tire. I had 4 rib, width as specified...forget the actual size on my 4230 with the Sound Guard cab and that off center post which was a great idea. I guess you could hit the 3 pt, drop a gear with the synchromesh, turn loose of the steering wheel, stomp the appropriate brake, make a U turn in the length of the tractor, grab the wheel, pop the shift lever, drop the 3 pt. and be on your way in a split second. I bought mine, a '79 model in '05 with a complete cosmetic restoration.....loved that cab....and probably one of the best looking tractors ever built.
