According to the manual, push the retaining pin and unhook the pipe from the head of the filter, operate the manual priming lever on the bottom of the pump until fuel comes out of the filter with no air bubbles in it. Fit the pipe back on and put the pin back in, turn the key and start er up. you may have to turn the engine some until you feel resistance to get the manual lever to pump. good luck.
