I'm not very familiar with those tractors The bigger brothers 806 and such I know better. Anyway if it is a diesel there should be one or two filters on the engine for fuel filters then a single separate filter maybe in a canister for the oil filter on the engine oil. Fuel filters may be in canisters also. Usually next to each other and may or may not be the same filter in each fuel canister. Then for hydraulic you say you changed it 3 times so you already know where it is. I can not say if this model has the steering and remote pump piggybacked on each other or not. Or if they are separate pumps. If same as the bigger models then it will be back behind a 5 sided cover looking like a pentagon sort of. Depending on where the leaks are that could be the majority of you slow, low pressure issue. I would look into fixing some of the biggest leaks first then consider the flow pressure and speed of operation. Massive oil leaks or many small ones will kill any pump for pressure or volume at the right places.
