I posted two weeks or so ago about my Thermostart not igniting. I don't know of I fried something in the new one or if it was just bad out of the box. Somebody posted a link that showed a schematic and told how to bleed them. I'll be forever grateful for that. I bought another one and just put it in. I took the breather tube off so I could see what was happening. The bleeding instructions in that link said to turn it on for ten seconds, then off for 30. It said it might have to be repeated 10 to 20 times.
I held it on for 10, off for 30, then 6 seconds in the second time it ignited. There was so much fuel coating everything from messing with that old one that the fire got pretty big pretty quick. I had to start the tractor to suck the flame in and put out the fire. The one on my 2-105 White has always ignited quicker than the one on this 1365 Oliver. Looks like this new one is a quick ignitor too.
