Vince, Use a tachometer to determine the actual speed (rpm) of the pulley shaft on your tractor. Determine the required (recommended) shaft speed of your saw arbor. You can work out the size ratio of the driving and driven pulleys to obtain the correct speed. You may need to change both pulleys, but you definitely need to change one so that it is either flat belt or V-belt. It may be simpler to convert the saw to electric power. What ever you do make it safe.
