JD 335 help

I just bought a John Deere 335 about a month ago. Does anybody know how to disable the back-up-shut-off-the-mower thingy? Another guy told me to look under the tractor and find the switch by tracing the linkage. I looked and looked and never found a switch. Another guy said he jumpered two wires on the switch, but I've lost contact with that guy. If anybody knows how please tell me.
