Alan, Sounds like you may have just got ahold of the last tractor to come off the line that day or something similar. Deere builds good products but every company has its lemons. Do not base the whole company on one model. I personally don't intend on driving much else than Deeres. Get ya a good used 30 or 40 series or 50series. They are getting some age but are proven performers. New technology in my opinion should be left on the space shuttle. when a farmer needs a satellite to tell him how to plow or harvest in my opinion he doesn't have any business being there.
