I am quite "color neutral" when it come to tractors. I think that they all have thier good and bad points about them. Back home on the farm in Texas, we have a Farmall B, Farmall M, John Deere 630 and a Case industrial. I enjoy operating each of them. The tractors I operated and probably enjoyed the most would have to be the John Deere 4020 and 4320. Other good ones that I enjoy running is an Oliver 1850, and the International 1066 and 1486. One of the garages that I worked in during the early 80's had the franchise for the SAME Tractors that are built in Italy. I don't know if they ever started to sell good in the US, but they seemed to be a well engineered and built piece of equipment. Like I said, I am color neutral and have found some good and bad things about all makes and models. If I am able, wwould like to own either a 4020 or an 1850 for working the farm. I know that they will be durable, and handle all the jobs that I would need done.
