Save some time and buy an old beater golf cart (gas powered). You could probably repower it with a bigger engine, if that's your desire or fix it up to use as is. Can't beat the bench seat (for all the kids to ride up front) and the extra room behind the steering wheel when wearing winter clothes. I bought a used one about a year ago with lug tires on the back and a dandy little bed made of aluminum with tailgate (it looks like a dump bed, but unfortunately doesn't really dump). It is the handiest vehicle I have for running about the acreage to spray weeds and such.
