I am a mechanic and have performed, almost to the letter, what you have suggested. This along with the inspection and cleaning of the other components. As I stated, I see very little difference in the braking power. It brakes like a truck with power brakes with the engine not running. I think I am going to have to accept what I-H made. THANKS for all the replys.
