Term would be "pole road",these were tracks,similar to RR ties,made of native wooden poles,to operate tractors on,to support them over soft/rough ground.Sometimes timbers were laid like rails and double flanged wheels were fitted. Variations existed,however most"Pole Rd"tractors were the same as their farm brethren except for hard rubber tires and mounted winches for retrieving logs
