Thens theres price. How much do you want to spend? The 8N has a wish list, I wish it had this and I wish it had that but it is a working tractor and it will do all the chores you listed. But whats moving wood. Firewood? Timber? 2X4s? The 661 is kind of a rare bird. Ive only ever heard of one. The little N's are around $ 1800-$3000 for a working tractor but you could move up to the slightly bigger fords 600-800 models for $2800-4500 which would fit your 15 acres. Somebody else could fill you in on what other brands will suit you but I would look more in the 30-40+hp range.
