JD790, I'm afraid I have to kinda lean towards your thinking on this. According to the message, looks like the whole thing was viewed. Why wasn't it stopped, why wasn't the police called, even neighbors could be called. I would guess it would be a pretty safe bet that tractor thieves are not going to be packing guns. Lets take a look at what we have here, a description of the vehicle, a blow by blow run down of all the events of breaking into the barn and towing the tractor to the truck. Another thing, howd they know they would need another tractor to pull this one???? Inside job perhaps?? That riding on the rim don't sound right either??? I do want to say that if this is factual and the story is true, I do feel for the family and I hope that the tractor is recovered. I'm not a total skeptic but the story does sound a bit fishy.
