I'd really like to move somewhere where farming is an accepted practice, but all of my family is in New Jersey. Another reason why i kinda have to stay in the NJ/eastern pa region is because my parents are divorced, and i am an only child so as time passes on i will bear the responsibillity of taking care of both of my parents. Honestly, i have never been farther west than harrisburg, pa. Hopefully that will change because my college buddies and i are talking about a roadtrip to the John Deere plant at the end of the summer. There is also a great market for hay and such here because of the equine industry (smarty jones.......who lost but gave a heck of a fight), and thats what i know the most about. Thank you for your advice.
