Went to the Ford dealer yesterday and showed them the directive with the Ford name at the top and their jaws hit the floor. Being a Saturday, not too many tech. around, but the ones that were there could not explain it. It didn't make sense to them either. They gave me a toll free number to Dearborn for after the holidays. If Ford can not back up this directive with some data, then I'm going after the camper dealer to move the hitch.
