From one Rusty to another Rusty: I had the same problem with my Reddy heater! So, i removed the top cover. Ignitor sparked, spark plug worked, gap was correct, great spark, fuel came out of the injector, replaced the filter, changed the fuel hose out of the tank, cleaned the spark plug, motor runs, fan turns--i thought it was good! Well, i finally got it to run again, really good. Tried it once in a while, all summer! But, decided to buy a new one when they went on sale! During the fall sale time, i tried it. It ran really great-heated the garage up well! Decided to not buy a new one! Guess what--sale over--plug in heater, only runs slowly, and quits after 1 minute time, and won't do anything more! GRRRR! And, the new ones are much higher in price! Probably have to get a new one! One question--can i by-pass the part that shuts off the current in the box? Can't remember what it is called--has a push button to turn it back on--keeps popping out! by: Rustyj
