Apart from suggestions from Steve: Is it injecting? Are you bleeding right through to the injectors? Does it smoke at all while cranking? Is the starting pre-heat system working? Try tow starting it? Warm the engine thoroughly - get it hot if possible. If it was drained, fill twice with hot water - equivalent to a warm start. Will it fire at all with a sniff of easy-start(without any preheat system in operation)? Is it cranking fast enough - batteries, cables etc? You could try feeding inlet manifold with a gas burner to raise inlet gas temp. I think you are prolly not getting all the air out of the sytem properly. Are you following the instruction manual precicely? Hope this helps, RAB
