A couple of questions. Do you have the valve to run a remote cylinder? Does it make any noises? Have you checked the strainer and what are you using for hydraulic fluid? Also when you say you loose it, be a litle more specific please, does it try to lift or what. Next do you have a shop manual. Where are you located? I can send you some pages via snail mail if needed.
