Get your self a 330 gallon plastic cube...they sell them here in Ohio for $100...it has a 2" valve on the bottom...you could run a 2" pipe out hte side with a hose on the bottom of hte pipe so it could flex if needed....then you dont need a pump to empty it, jsut fill it...you would not have to worry about your dirty pond water since it is gravity flow...a 2" electric valve would allow huge water flow.
