Being a young kid myself, I think the root of the problem is that 90% of young kids weren"t raised on farms. I was driving tractors and vehicles at a very young age and you quickly learn that the words "Weight" and "Stop on a Dime" aren"t even related. Not to mention they get in vehicles with Automatic transmissions and put their foot to the floor..........If they had to plan shifts/stops I think there would be alot more caution across the board. The sad part is that is usually takes a good accident to wake them up to reality.
