Not many tractors have left and right hand threads and you failed to inform us you had a left hand spanner. Please tell us the true reason if there is any threads left, sugest blow them off fit new studs and nuts preferably right hand thread. Don't mean to be flipant but usualy the right hand wheel would have the left hand thread and the left one the righthand thread. Best of luck C.
