No, its a straight-through hole on these ones. I was going to keep an eye on it, but I think we got it strong enough. I need to buy two more rims anyway, so I might buy 3 while I'm about it. I'm not really planning on keeping this truck anyway (I'm not really a truck person, more into tractors), so the next owner can decide what they want to do with it. Anyone interested in buying a 1951 Maple Leaf Chevy 3-ton? Lyndon Central Alberta
