I'm not a master mechanic but I think if you had a hole in a sleeve you would experence loss of compression, and would run like crap. Try a compression test. Then if everything comes up even pull the head and look at the sleeves, if your head gasket looks good you can use spray-on Copper Seal and it will help seal it again(cheaper than a new gasket). Might check the torque on the head bolts before you pull it off. But be sure of the problem before you buy an expensive sleeve. good luck OPSU Kid
