Any LP dealer that wants your business should be able to handle that. First thing is to find another dealer that can do it. Does the tank belong to dealer you are buying from now? If you want a wet line they should be willing to put in a new valve assembly in tank for that. It's not that big a deal and all they have to do is drain the tank and change out valve assembly. Many companies only want to fill their tanks and don't want to sell you anything to fill other tanks because if they own the tanks or equipment they just don't want any connected liabilites. You may have to buy your own tank but be sure valve assembly has the wet line and tank meets pressure codes for your state. Only other way is to buy one of those pumps but would still need a wet line in tank.
