It seems that you may have missed my point. My purpose for this is to eliminate someone who doesn't tell the truth. Pictures always look better than when you are standing there looking at it in person. For instance, a picture may not show a cracked or repaired block. I guess the bottom line is there is nothing that can be done to a person who doesn't tell the truth about the product they are selling. I spose I could do something to them that would get me arrested. If they paid me 50 cents a mile and for my time, that would be different. An auction is a completely different set of circumstances.
