I'm not familiar with the model # you gave, but does it have a digging chain on it?? If so, there are two sets of controls that have to be set, so that it is in "crowd" gear for digging. Dad's DW is an R65, so it is fairly big. The point is - you have to have know how to set both transmissions in gear depending on what you are doing. It took me quite a while to get his figured out...
