Been wearing Levis since early teens, I'm 36. Always swore by the 501's, then they started to look and fit funny, so I been wearing 560's for the last 10 years or so. Been real happy up until the last 3 years or so. Back pockets are half way down to my legs, feel like they are falling off all the time, and thin material. They dont hold up like they used too. Get peep holes in the knees, crotch, arse, after only a months wearing on the farm. I read something a while back that Levis are no longer made in the USA, and that they wanted to be more with todays "styles", you know, the gang banger look. I have been switching to Lee (Dungarees?), wrangler, carhartts. Levis' went the ame way as Banquet TV diners, McDonalds hamburgers, and about everything else that used to be quality over low cost and high quantity. Ha HA, speaking of low cheap quality, Wife went to Walmart,( yes I let her have it!) needed new dinner glasses and said they are the cheapest in town. Well there was not one in the pack that sits level, kinda like the leaning tower of Piza. Gonna make real entertainment when we have company and every one has a few cocktails and then start to stare at their drinks.

Today's Featured Article - Gatherin of the Orange - by Rick Nikolich. In July of 1998 I was talking to fellow Allis Chalmers collector Mike Schilling about the annual "Gathering of The Orange" AC show coming up in August of 1999. He got this wild idea that we should get a convoy of AC tractors and drive them from Charlotte, Michigan 105 miles to LaGrange, Indiana. ... [Read Article]
