Is this a scam??

Got an e-mail from a James Smith today saying he wants a WD45 I have. He said he would pay me $1530 for it and I asked $1500 he also said he would send a money order and his agent would pick up the tractor at a later time. Sounds fishy to me what do you guy think?? Thanks
