Hi bigun & Don-wi,,,Ya i could See ware one big ol milk cow could feed quite a few calves if ya spaced her out all rite,,,My pa had a 24 cow dairy in the late 40s & 50s And back then he said if he delivered them he could maybe get 5 bucks appice for them and i hate to say this but there was another dairy that knocked all his bull calves in the head just to get rid of them.:o(,,,AND THEN! there was another ol boy across the line just north of me (Canada) that used to make a trip to minnesota with an ol Chevy car from time to time with the back seats removed and bring them back here to feed them out,,,A guy i know said he seen him coming across the border and those stupid calves had been trying to suck on the ol boy for the last 500 miles and you can well imagine what he must of looked like...They said his ears were just a hangen..LOL :o) :o)
