Ford 600 stalls when hot

Hi Guys, I've got a Ford 600 that starts hard and once started and while running it stalls. After running for 5-10 minutes of idling, etc. it will just stall. What is the best thing to check to trouble shoot this? The coil looks pretty old...could that be the cause - loosing spark maybe? Thanks in advance!
