OT I am a real Clutz

I got back to the Springfield, Mo warehouse tonight at 9:15. Backed the wagon to the dock, stopped long enought for Dale and Chuck to each open a back door. They went into the building and I wrote down my milage, and miles on my trip meter. Then I shut off the lights and engine, put the keys in my pocket, got my clipboard, log book, and DVCR book. Then started climbing out of the cab always very careful when doing this, because I am old and don't bounce up easily any more when I fall. Well I don't know just what happened next except I missed the bottom step completly fell on my back knocking the wind out of me, and hurting like heck. I got enought wind to yell help, and Dale and Chuck came running back called 911, and I went to the ER on a back board and with a neck brace on dang those things are uncomfortable. Good news is no broken bones just badly brused ribs and hip. got home and took some of the chill pills they gave me a prescription for and right now I feel a little better. I was hurting too much to enjoy all the attention I was getting from the pretty girls that were working with me. I will get a one day at least unplained Vacation
