I worked for the Ohio turn pike years ago and mowed road side banks along the turn pike. Tractor seemed to slide sideways rather than tip for the most part. Took a while to get the butterflies out of the gut. Back bladed the banks with a pay loader with a wide bucket where if you picked up the bucket the tires would lift on the high side. I never tipped anything over but it did happen from time to time out there. 1956 was when I started and back then you did what they ask you to do or they would get someone that would. Safety program was have a plan when to jump and which way if it were necessary. Best to learn to work banks with someone around that already knows what they are doing. Learning by yourself can end with bad results.
