Steve, We own farms in Adams County, the crop land is rented to wheat guys that farm 10,000 plus acres. We keep some of the pasture for my brothers kids 4H projects. Great pheasants though. I wish your father the best of luck buying a late model loader tractor anywhere near there for anything like a reasonable price. I have been going to sales, and sending my brother for years, Everyone seems to have money, and lots of it. Prices of good ag equipent shocks my San Francisco prices sensabilities. We use a Farmall M with a F11 and grappel that grandpa bought in 1950 (no power stearing or live pto). Even something like that will set you back $3500 these days. As for selling land in south centeral North Dakota, the best advice is don't do it. But if you have to I would advertise it in whatever newspapers doctors and dentists in Minneapolis and Denver read.
