Looking to see if anyone had any ideas as to the make/model/uses of a disc plow mounted on the side of a John Deere 430 Standard Tractor. I bought the tractor more or less for the plow thinking I could make an attempt at restoring it and mounting on one of my other standards. . . It looks to be well enough made that I cannot imagine someone put this together in their shop/garage and mounts right up to the tractor perfectly. It mounts to the side of the bell housing, the right three point arm, at the back below the pto, and under the rear of the bell housing where the two clamps sometimes hold implements up. The three point raises/lowers the plow to desired height. Ive been told the tractor originally came from Lousiana. . . Part of me wonders if it was used for levee/ditches for the rice fields. I had never seen anything like it before and being the fan of the Dubuques that I am I wanted to give it a chance at not being scrap. Any help is greatly appreicated and I can try to provide other information/pictures if that will help. The plow does not have any casting/model numbers that I can see anywhere but it does have some old remnant green paint. Thanks as always, Dave PS, Ive posted a picture of the tractor and the plow in the Tractor Photos section under "430 with disc plow"

This would have made me to be about16 years old and I drove the tractor for nothing and would have paid to drive it if I had had any money which I didn't, but neit
