Those 24 volt systems (if thats what it has) can be cornfusing for an experienced person let alone one electrically challenged lol. Ive owned 730 elec starter diesels n mine worked buttttttt it required maintenance n 4 good strong 6 volt batterys (or two twelves). Other expensive problems besides the complicated 24 volt electric start can be the flywheel and crank splines.
If she fires right up easy n the battery charges n stays charged n she dont knock or hammer or bang (bearings or rods or flywheel etc problems) or smoke or exhibit a lot of blow by it might actually still be a good tractor (I liked mine) buttttttttt if not, it can cost a small fortune to repair.
