I gotta go with Rick Kr on this one.
We've had a lot of those folks move in, and they are the people that keep me in business. Usually takes about a year of them trying to keep the place up and then they decide that its way easier to pay me to batwing the place off, buy there hay at a premium price from me if I deliver, and pay top money for me to dig out their driveway when it snows.
On the other hand both the Mennonites and a couple of mega farms are buying in close to me (and paying premium prices for land). In both cases they dont buy anything from me or need me or my equipment. I'll take the wealthy hobby farmers any day.
