I just got my '48 Ford 8N tractor this weekend and as anticipated the rear tires were not up to the journey home. Both were flatter than a pancake with threads hanging out all over. I was surprised they even made it up the ramps! :P (As a precaution, I even stood off to the side when it made the 15' journey)
I've tried to Google some tire sources for the Dallas area but what comes back is mostly out of area or unfamiliar. The tractor is still on the flatbed so I can haul it to pretty much any shop that deals with tractor tires.
Can anyone suggest a Dallas metroplex source for purchase and mounting a couple of 11.2x28's ?
