funny thing, I know a guy who lived at a corner with a stop sign in a neighborhood. There were several kids that had "I've got a go fast" little cars. One day my friend was getting tired of the same few guys making noise at the stop sign, so he walked out and suggested that he could show them what Quick was. They parked their car and followed him to his garage where he had his Old Studebaker pickup. It has a big block Buick and an automatic with a shift kit in it. He got it out, let it warm up then took them for a ride. He took off at the stop sign and sucked them back into the seat. The only problem was the county mounty sitting in the church parking lot. My friend was doing probably around 60mph in a 25mph zone when he spotted the cop. He said that it was almost worth the ticket after seeing the look on those kids faces.
