The low interest rate angle is one I have to admit I dont understand.Lets see if this is close.If a little does good a whole lot is better?So knowing about the 20% interest in the late 70s and early 80s devastation,some part of their demented brain says"Doh,we better hold interest rates down,duh!"That is probably because they know there will be a riot they cant survive if they jacked them up.Also this house of cards looks like an upside down pyramid.They are telling a lie here,a lie there and its piling up and about to drive the thing in the ground like a splitting wedge!
