I live in MI also and I know that the State will pay the medical bills for people unable to pay their own. A married couple is allowed to have $2000 in cash and house and car. The tractor has no title and no paper trail or documentation as to who owns it or what it is worth. Therefore it doesn't exist , if you get my drift. What I'm saying is keep the tractor if you can. There's probably many details none of us know about your situation but you don't have to sell everything you own to pay hospital bills! If you want to you can and I'm sure the State would love you for it. Tell me to mind my own bussiness if you want , but think of what you are selling. You may not have to. I wish you and your husband the best and pray for a positive outcome. I would hope there are a lot more reasons to keep the tractor than to sell it. Hope things get better. Randy.
