Saw a couple more posts reguarding placing sacrete or concrete around posts after setting them. Treated post mfgs. specifically state that you should not embed the poles in concrete,for two reasons. 1 no place for moisture to escape at the bottom, 2 They say to wrap them with poly where they may contact cement. This is important when pouring a slab floor because oxygen is more available to promote a chemical reaction between the acids and sulphates in the concrete and the preservatives in the poles. Voids warranty if you don't!! Read the disclaimers from your pole mfg.
