Went to Wally world yesterday evening to get R-134 and comp. oil for the AC on the Jeep. Half dozen people in check out line...two registers open. There was a hold up at this one, something wasn't priced, so, cashier locked her register, went to get her supervisor, came back and waited for supervisor. Finally came, took item and left...finally came back and the item was a $2 thing...ten minutes of waiting...then the folks in front of us checked out. When she did our purchases, she double charged us on 8 rolls of paper towels...wife had a head tally and looked at the receipt...then told cashier about it. She said she couldn't give us back the overage, we would have to go to the customer assistance. When we got there, there was a line of 6 or 8 people in it. Getting toward a half hour now and this old man is getting hot! I told wife "Just go back and get another 8 pack of paper towels and lets get the 7734 out of here." She came back a while later and said that an alarm would go off if the item was not scanned. I can't write a word describing myself at that time...but this ten minutes more telling this doesn't hurt...in fact rants seem to help. Anybody have any experiences like this? ohfred
